When a read is unavailable
- Public data missing: retry the bounded read and inspect the source/coverage label. Unknown balance, price or history is not zero.
- Account session expired: reopen from your own Telegram chat or repeat the supported browser link. Do not paste another person's credentials.
- Lab provider not configured: public/help screens can exist while private research/backends are unavailable. No invented estimate or saved result is promised.
- Watchlist or thesis storage error: refresh before editing. Preserve your text and do not assume an uncertain save completed.
- Edit conflict: refresh the saved version and reconcile your changes; the earlier stored version has not been silently overwritten.
When a money result is uncertain
An expired preview needs a new preview. An unresolved submitted order/transfer needs inspection and reconciliation of that same operation. Never treat a timeout as permission to duplicate the action.
Read current orders/history or the transfer receipt. Contact support with the non-secret reference and approximate time. Cancelling a resting order does not reverse an existing fill, and signing out does not close a position.
When a paper batch is uncertain
Partial child creation is possible. Retry the exact selected plans/settings so the existing idempotency key resumes that batch. Refresh Persisted simulations before intentionally preparing another batch. No real money is involved.
