01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the waitlist operated by Bookie Labs (“Bookie,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
02A product in development
Bookie is a technology product under active development and is currently in private beta. This website describes what we’re building and lets you request early access. Features, availability, timing, and supported venues are subject to change, and nothing here is a promise that any particular capability will ship.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, or entitle you to any service.
03No financial, investment, or gambling advice
Bookie is a technology product under development. It does not guarantee outcomes or profits. Market access and availability may depend on third-party venues, eligibility, and jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or gambling advice.
Any decisions you make about markets, trades, or positions are your own. Markets carry risk, including the risk of losing money.
04Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site and to join the waitlist. Access to the eventual product may further depend on your jurisdiction, applicable law, and the rules of the third-party venues it connects to.
05Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Break the law or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users.
- Scrape, copy, or reuse the site’s content or branding except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
- Submit false information, or someone else’s details, to the waitlist.
06Fees, swaps & the referral programme
What a swap costs. Bookie charges a fee on swaps, taken from the amount you send. The current base rate is 84 bps (0.84%), and larger swaps pay a lower rate. The exact fee for your swap and the rate it was priced at are shown on every quote and again on the confirmation screen, before you approve anything. Those screens are always the authoritative figure; this page states the base rate for reference, not as a price quote.
Rates can change. We may change the rates, the tiers, and the structure of the referral programme at any time. A change applies only to swaps quoted after it takes effect. It is never applied retroactively to a swap that has already been quoted or executed, and every completed swap keeps a record of the exact fee schedule it was priced under.
A quote is an estimate. Prices move between the moment you are quoted and the moment a swap executes, so the amount shown as expected output is an estimate and not a promise. The number that is guaranteed is the minimum received shown on the confirmation screen: if the swap cannot deliver at least that amount, it does not go through. Swaps that move between chains depend on third-party bridges, exchanges and networks that we do not operate and cannot control, so they may be delayed, may fail, or may be returned to you as a refund rather than completed.
Referral earnings are discretionary. If you invite someone and they are credited to you, you may earn a share of the fees they actually pay. That share is a discretionary programme, not a contractual entitlement: we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time, and we may change the share, the tiers, the caps and the payout threshold. Earnings are applied against your own fees by default and may be paid in USDC above a minimum. Abuse of the programme — including self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, and volume generated only to earn rewards — may result in forfeiture of any accrued but unpaid earnings and removal from the programme.
Your swap wallet. Wallet keys are generated and held inside Privy’s secure enclaves. Bookie can sign only what a default-deny policy explicitly permits, and Bookie cannot export your key. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible once broadcast; we cannot recall, reverse, or refund them.
07Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Bookie name and branding are owned by Bookie Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except to view the site for its intended purpose.
08Third-party services & links
The site references and links to third-party platforms and venues (such as prediction markets, exchanges, and messaging apps) and to our social accounts. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
09Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookie Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Bookie evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
