01 · Current availability
It usually means no quote is available right now.
Combos depend on a counterparty willing to take the other side of the request. The Help Center describes the greyed-out state as no one being available to fill the order at that moment. That condition can be specific to the legs, combined position, amount, time, or venue availability.
02 · Before changing anything
Check the request you actually made.
- Make sure every selected leg is still the outcome you intend; a similar-looking market can be a different contract.
- Check whether the interface identifies a particular ineligible leg or a current availability issue.
- If you remove a leg or reduce the amount, write down that you have changed the request—not simply “improved the odds.”
- Review any newly displayed quote from the venue as a fresh number, with its own size and terms.
03 · Do not read too much into it
A disabled button does not analyze the bet for you.
- It does not certify that the Combo is too risky, too safe, or mispriced.
- It does not mean a different market or a larger amount will work.
- It does not make an old estimate, screenshot, or third-party calculator executable.
- It is not an instruction to evade account, geographic, or venue controls.
